Meet the Baker

Trinity created Sweets By Binny in the beginning of 2021 in Brookfield WI. Trinity started baking for family and friends during senior year of high school. Gradually, the business has spread to new customers. Sweets by Binny officially became Binny's Bakery LLC, in January of 2023. Binny's Bakery allows people to enjoy baked goods without gluten, chicken eggs, bad oils, and artificial food dyes! Trinity works with customers to avoid other allergies and find ways to alter recipes so that everyone can enjoy baked goods!
